Human Resources Audits:

The process of identifying and prioritizing  human resource issues, then developing an action plan to bolster these issues in support of the business plan.  The audit can be of a single HR function such as the hiring process,  employment records,  or it can be for the entire Human Resource function.

 

Employee Policy Review and Development::

Review current employee policies and handbooks.  Checking for compliance to rules and regulations.  Reviewing against currently accepted practices and standards. Make recommendations for changes and improvements. 

 

Develop new policies such as drug testing and paid-time-off (PTO) plan, to meet the objectives of the organization.  Preparing an implementation plan for rollout to the workforce. 

 

 

Benefit Plan Review and Comparison:

Review current employee benefit plans and compare to current standards.  Prepare requests for proposals from benefit providers, obtain quotes and draft an executive summary comparing benefit programs and their costs.

 

Human Resource Procedures:

Develop turn-key procedures for human resource functions and transactional business. 

 

Training programs:

Design custom training programs for employees or supervisors on human resource matters.

 

Position Descriptions:

Complete job analysis and prepare position descriptions.

 

Performance Management Systems:

Design performance management system for business units.  Prepare written procedures and communication materials.  Conduct supervisor training.
